Abstract
PT. CHN merupakan perusahaanmanufaktur yang menghasilkanbrake system, dan dalam perkembanganyajuga memproduksi part allumunium casting dan casting wheel.Dalammalakukan proses pembuatan caliper assy front KVLP,terdapat cacatyang terjadi saat proses produksi.Untukmengurangicacatproduksitersebutdilakukanperbaikan pada semua faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya cacat guna mengatasi penyebab masalahdengan “Analisa pengendalian kualitas cacat pada produk caliper assy front KVLP dengan metode PDCA”. PT. CHN is a manufacture company which produce brake system, and within development time forward, also produce allumunium casting part and casting wheel. In their purpose to conduct production operation for caliper assy front KVLP, there is defect it happens during production process. In order to decrease these defect in production process, there are several improvement to be done for all factors that causation the defect. Regarding the purpose to eliminate problem used “Quality control analysis of defect on caliper assy front KVLP product by PDCA method”.
