Abstract
Compensation gift represent the activity of management of human resource and represent the most complicated duty because this matter concerning gift recompense from company to employees for its performance. Compensation gift have to can give the satisfaction and justice for all good party of company and also employees. Intention of this research is know the compensation system applied by PT Atri Distribusindo, knowing according to compensation given on the chance of employees of PT Atri Distribusindo and analyse the effectiveness of compensation system applied by PT Atri Distribusindo. Compensation given by PT Atri Distribusindo to its employees is consisted of by the fundamental salary, subsidy, money transport, overtime fee, bonus, THR, incentive, lunch, uniform, insurance, health expense, pension fund, jamsostek, recreation, leave, bursary of child and kendaraan manajerial. Payment employ every two-day before final of month while for the type of compensation insurance given when happened the claim. Compensation given have as according to expectation from employees. Pursuant to given result kuesioner, responder agree to their compensation gift lick lips to some given compensation. Compensation system applied a company have able to to maintain the employees, drawing employees newly, following order punish, guaranting justice and represent appreciation to wanted behavior. This matter indicate that the system of company compensation have earned to reach its target. Pursuant to data ot inferential hence that compensation system applied by PT Atri Distribusindo have effective.
