Abstract
The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that influence cash dividend on manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The statistical methods and purposive sampling was used to test the hypothesis and with three variables that might influence cash dividend such as: Net income, Operating cash flows and total debt. Samples taken as many as 31 companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange and during period 2007 to 2009 make the dividend distribution. Data that used in this research is financial statements from each company. Research analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling method that used is purposive sampling. The result of this research showed that the net income, operating cash flow and total debt simultaneously affect the manufacturing company’s cash dividend. The result also showed that the net income partially affect the cash dividend, but the operating cash flows and total debt had no significant influenced to cash dividend.
