Abstract
Financial structure is still become interesting problem in literature finance management. In seeking this reporical to explain that problem, this research try to solve the problem by doing analysis variables that effecting financial structure at basic industry and chemicals company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) until 2007—2009. Variables that effecting financial structure of this research is asset structure, sales growth, firm size, and retained earning. This research has taking 29 basic industry and chemicals companies are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) until 2007-2009. This research is using multiple linear regression method. The results showed : partially, only the asset structure, firm size, and retained earning variables significantly influenced the financing structure and sales growth variable not significantly influenced. Silmutaneously, the four variables siginificantly influenced the financing structure
