Abstract
This research analyzed the influence net income and cash flow from operations to the cash dividend of the manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2004 – 2008. This research was also intended to know which performance measures have the most significant effect to the cash dividend. Data that used in this research is financial statements from each company, publized thorugh website www.idx.co.id. Analysis method that used in this research is kuantitatif method with multiple liner regression analysis. Variables that used in this research are net income as X1 and operating cash flow as X2, and also cash dividend payout ratio as Y variable consist of the 21 firms. The result of this research that net income and operating cash flow have positive influence partially or simultaneously to cash dividend in manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2004-2008
