Abstract
Tutoring center is being developed nowadays, ranging from large to small scale. Not to be outdone in the competition, in terms of services and data processing required to be done quickly and precisely. Just like Mangoes Tutoring Center that perceives the limitations of its running system, such as the difficulty of managing learning and teaching schedule and the less accurate report. Based on these problems, writer designed an administration information system that would be able to streamline the time in order to improve services to students, as well as facilitate the management of tutoring center scheduling teaching and learning activities also preparing the correct report. This research used literature studies in data collection method where the analysis and application design support system using waterfall method. This desktop-based administrative information systems is created using Visual Basic.Net 2008 program and SQL Server Express 2005 as its data base. Keywords: System, Tutoring Center
