Abstract
The role of a market to economic environment becomes very important. Velocity of money in micro-scale macro of the pace of regional development. Market development plan intended to further stretching the economic cycle and the utilization of labor resources to more skilled and expert. Field observations, data, literature and related agencies, to integrate the concept of the existing market area and study the management of the availability of functional spaces for designing the market area. The grouping of the main building mass as a connection with the plaza, with a facade that opens to a comfortable reach and ease of accessibility provided to all people, in order to achieve equality of opportunity in accessing the building and its environment Keywords: environmental, economic, market, accessibility Peranan sebuah pasar terhadap perkembangan ekonomi lingkungan sekitarnya menjadi sangat penting. Perputaran uang dalam skala mikro atupun makro menjadi barometer terhadap laju pembangunan regional. Rencana pengembangan pasar ditujukan untuk lebih menggeliatkan perputaran ekonomi dan pemanfaatan sumber daya tenaga kerja untuk lebih terampil dan ahli. Observasi lapangan, data literatur dan dinas terkait, untuk memadukan konsep kawasan pasar yang sudah ada dan mempelajari pengelolaan ketersedian ruang-ruang fungsional untuk merancang kawasan pasar. Pengelompokan massa bangunan utama dengan plaza sebagai koneksi, dengan fasade yang terbuka untuk mencapai aksesibiltas yang nyaman dan kemudahan yang disediakan bagi semua orang, guna mewujudkan kesamaan kesempatan dalam mengakses gedung dan lingkungannya Kata Kunci : lingkungan, ekonomi, pasar, aksesibilitas
