Abstract
When are searcher want to test signifikan cant influenses long-term debts to net income on manufacturing companies listed of Indonesia stock exchange. This research, the data are using secondary and as mush 30 data, where data is obtained from end of the years financial report from 2007 until 2010, the data are with testing normality and then proceed with linier regression. The result of research conducted show long-term debts there is significant influence to net income
