Abstract
This research to analyze the effect of variable interest rate bank certificate of Indonesia and the exchange rate of the composite share price index variable in the Indonesian stock exchange, Seara jointly or partially. The purpose of thi research is expected to be a reference to predict the movement of the composite share price index on the stock exchange appears logical. The data was collected in the documentation and literature study. Data obtained from monthly reports www.bi.go.id and Indonesian stock exchange. This study uses the technique of multiple linear regression analysis with least squares equation. Key words : effect, interest rate certificate of bank indonesia, exchage rate, composite stock price
