Abstract
This Article examined analysis of the emplementation of tax planning in an effort to minimize the payment of the tax expenses. Data Used are financial statement PT. Sentosa Langgeng Abadi. This research was using of the deskriptif kuantitatif and kualitatif. Research method used is descriptive method. This method is consistent with the objective of the study to illustrate or describe the properties of a situation and find answers to problem that have been identified in the formulation of the problem. The result of this research will be showing that the implementation of the tax planning PT. Sentosa Langgeng Abadi not fully efficient. because there are potential tax savings that can be done the company
