Abstract
Pada awalnya semua pekerjaan di PT.XYZ masih menggunakan cara manual dalam melakukan pendataan barang dan laporan surat jalan, kondisi seperti ini menjadikan alasan dibutuhkannya sebuah aplikasi yang mampu membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Aplikasi Corrective Maintenance (CM) dibuat untuk mempermudah pekerjaan helpdesk dalam melakukan pendataan mesin dan laporan surat jalan, sehingga semua pekerjaan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan akurat. Data yang dimasukkan pada aplikasi ini selanjutnya akan disimpan dalam sebuah server yang menggunakan teknologi virtual, sehingga bisa memaksimalkan kinerja dari server tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yang meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, perancangan sistem, penulisan kode program, melakukan pengetesan aplikasi. Hasilnya dari aplikasi Corrective Maintenance ini adalah pendataan mesin menjadi lebih cepat, mengetahui mesin yang selalu diperbaiki, dan dapat memaksimalkan kinerja teknisi yang bekerja dilapangan. Dengan demikian diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan pengguna baik dalam melakukan pendataan, pencarian data mesin, maupun membuat surat jalan. Kata Kunci: Basis Data, Teknologi Virtual, Aplikasi Desktop At the begining all works in PT.XYZ still used the manual method of data collection of goods and permits report, this condition become reason the needed of aplication which can help solving the existing problems. Corrective Maintenance Application made to facilitate the helpdesks work on doing data collection engine and permits report, so that all works could be done on quickly and accurate. The data that entered on the application are stored on a server that uses virtual technology, so it can maximize the performance of the server. The methods used in this application is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) includes the data collection, system analysis, system design, code program writing, perform application testing. The result of the Corrective Maintenance Application is the data collection machine becomes faster, know that the machine is always fixed, and can maximize the performance of technicians working in the field. Therefore this application is expected to provide a good user ease in collecting data, data search engine, and make passes.
