Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang semakin cepat pada zaman ini telah menjadikan kecepatan dalam pengolahan data menjadi begitu penting , khusus nya dalam bidang usaha, agar dapat bersaing dengan jenis usaha serupa. Untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih baik di perlukan pengolahan data yang cepat dan memudahkan konsumen untuk mendapatkan layanan terbaik. Travel baraya adalah salah satu bidang usaha yang bergerak di bidang transportasi antar propinsi yang terletak di Bandung dan Jakarta saja memberikan harga yang relative murah adalah senjata jitu dari travel baraya namun ada satu kelemahan di dalam bidang usaha tersebut yaitu ketiadaan nya untuk pemesanan tiket secara online. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut maka penulis akan merancang suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu travel baraya dalam bersaing dalam dunia transportasi modern saat ini. Aplikasi yang di rancang menggunakan Mysql sebagai DBMS dan PHP sebagai programming language serta macromedia dreamweaver sebagai untuk mendesign tampilan website travel baraya. Diharapkan sistem ini akan membantu meningkatkan penjualan dan kenyamanan konsumen. Kata kunci : travel baraya, Tiket online In the development of information technology and the faster the speed of this age has been made in processing the data is so important, in his special line of business, in order to compete with a similar type of business. To achieve a better purpose in needing fast data processing and allows consumers to get the best service. Travel baraya is one area of business that is engaged in transportation between provinces which is located in Bandung and Jakarta alone provide a relatively cheap price of travel is a surefire weapon baraya but there is one weakness in the business field that his absence for booking tickets online. To resolve these problems, the authors will design an application that can help travel baraya in the world compete in today's modern transportation. Designed applications using MySQL as DBMS and PHP as the programming language as well as Macromedia Dreamweaver to design a travel website display baraya.
