Abstract
Right now the information technology accelerates so fast. As regards the computer is the instrument to consider light the people works. Precious moment by Scorta needs a system which supports and gives contented services to the customers. That is why the writer try to make the final assignment concerning with manajemen asset and financial which still manually become computerizedly. Precious moment by Scorta is a company which is operating in wedding organizer for documentation of weddings. At this time Precious moment by Scorta is still using manual systems for transaction processing, customer registration and documentation of data collection tools and storage reports, so that the process that takes place is likely an error in the listing, the report is less accurate and search the required data will be delayed. Scheme of this program is best solution to solve problems in Precious moment by Scorta, and also with scheme of this program can reach by efficient and effective in supporting activity in Precious moment by Scorta. Therefore, the use of computerized system is so much better than the manual one because it can make the system runs smoothly, effectively and efficiently and indeed, the current management system is more conducive then the prior system. Keyword : Scheme Of Program, Program Management. Saat ini, teknologi informasi berkembang dengan pesat. Adapun komputer merupakan alat yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Precious moment by Scorta membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu system informasi yang menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi para customer.Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir sehubungan dengan sistem pengelolaan aset dan keuangan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menjadi terkomputerisasi. Precious moment by Scorta merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang wedding organizer untuk mendokumentasikan acara pernikahan. Pada saat ini Precious moment by Scorta masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk proses transaksi, pendataan customer dan pendataan alat-alat dokumentasi serta penyimpanan laporan, sehingga sangat mungkin terjadinya kesalahan dalam proses yang berlangsung dalam hal pencatatan, laporan yang didapat kurang akurat dan pencarian data yang diperlukan akan mengalami keterlambatan. Perancangan program ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada Precious moment by Scorta, serta dengan perancangan program ini dapat tercapai kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas dalam Precious moment by Scorta. Maka dari itu penggunaan sistem yang terkomputerisasi jauh lebih baik dibandingkan secara manual karena dapat berjalan lebih lancar, efektif dan efisien serta tentu saja sistem pengelolaan yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.
