Abstract

The development of science and information technology has been covering the world today. As this part of the world, we certainly do not want to miss and information technology is growing. There are many ways that can be taken to determine the development of the technology is going. One way is to use the computer as a means for processing data and information. So it is with CV. Ania karyatama companies engaged in handicraft are still experiencing difficulties in processing data. This work is not likely to be done manually in the data storage (ordering, distribution and production) that hasinya less effective and efficient. In order to streamline the efficiency of work and marketing activities required a much needed application system business world today, to minimize the time and cost of operations. Therefore, the author tries to develop an application system at CV. Ania karyatama using VB.Net language that is expected to resolve the distribution and production difficulties in work proces. Keywords: technology and information, distribution and production, VB.Net https://lib.mercubuana.ac.id ABSTRAK Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi telah meliputi masyarakat dunia saat ini. Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat dunia, kita tentunya tidak ingin ketinggalan teknologi dan informasi yang sedang berkembang. Ada banyak cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk mengetahui perkembangan teknologi yang sedang terjadi. Salah satu cara adalah dengan memanfaatkan komputer sebagai sarana untuk pengolahan data dan informasi. Demikian halnya dengan CV. Ania Karyatama perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang handicraft yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pengolahan datanya. Pekerjaan ini bukan tidak mungkin dilakukan secara manual dalam penyimpanan datanya (pemesanan, distribusi dan produksi) yang hasinya kurang efektif dan efisien. Untuk dapat mengefektifkan dan efesiensi kerja kegiatan pemasaran dibutuhkan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang sangat dibutuhkan dunia usaha sekarang, untuk meminimalkan waktu dan biaya dalam operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba mengembangkan suatu sistem aplikasi pada CV. Ania Karyatama dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman VB.Net yang diharapakan dapat mengatasi kesulitan bagian produksi dan distribusi dalam proses kerjanya.
