Abstract
Vocational High School 2 Wonogiri (SMKN 2 Wonogiri) is a school which has high achievement since has been established that make high graduation and has A accreditation in every department, and standard ISO management 2000/9001 at the end of 2010, until 2012 the school has completed student equipment requirement, such as, library building which has two floors. With library which has been just built, its system has run many times because high demand from member as the result that management arrangement system must be repaired. The library arrangement system in SMKN 2 Wonogiri which has web base is the way to face some troubles and to introduce to the regional people about progression and proficiency technology at this moment. For long time, procedure which the library uses still apply manual way as the result is possible to get trouble that appear because it needs such as a system accessing library quickly and informatively. Using library system in SMKN 2 Wonogiri will carry out online and offline, system arranged with using programming web, it uses PHP and MySQL as a server database and XAMPP as a webserver, making website appearence /editor uses notepad ++. For publication will use internet global web and will be registered in domain hosting.
