Abstract
Dalam era globalisasi saat ini pengetahuan tentang teknologi dan informasi mutlak diperlukan bagi setiap instansi, baik itu pendidikan maupun pemerintah untuk mengelola informasi tesebut dibutuhkan teknologi yang maju,karena informasi merupakan nilai yang sangat besar nilainya bagi suatu instansi pemerintah agar mejadi semakin berkembang kepolisian Republik Indonesia. Merupakan salah satu instansi milik pemerintah Indonesia Polri maupun menjadi pelindung pengayom dan pelayan masyarakat dan selalu dekat dan bersama-sama masyarakat serta sebagai penegak hukum yang profesional dan proposional yang selalu menjujung tinggi sepermasi hukum dan hak asasi manusia. Untuk itu penulis mencoba merancang sebuah rancangan sistem informasi penerimaan calon Perwira Polri, karena selama ini informasi penerimaan calon Perwira Polri dilakukan secara manual (serta dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses penyelesaian selain itu informasi secara manual digunakan terkadang mempunyai masalah dalam proses pengarsipan. Karena beberapa faktor yang biasa dialami diantaranya : daya tahan,penyimpanan, pencarian informasi yang lambat dan lain-lain. Untuk mengatasi masalah maka informasi yang didistribusikan harus secara terkomputerisasi agar informasi yang dibarikan lebih akurat dalam penyelesaian calon Perwira Polri, efesien dalam hal pengarsipan penggunaan kertas dan pemanfaatan tempat, serta cepat, serta cepat dalam hal informasi guna pengambilan keputusan pihak manajemen. Selain sebagai salah satu fungsi pelayanan sistem informasi data hadir untuk memenuhi tuntutan manajemen sistem informasi data yang baik senantiasa dapat mengatasi masalahmasalah yang terjadi serta dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Oleh karena itu penulis bermaksud membangun suatu rancangan sistem informasi penerimaan calon Perwira Polri berbasis PHP dan MXQL Kata kunci Polisi, informasi, sistem informasi, penerimaan, PHP dan MXQL In the current era of globalization and information technology knowledge is absolutely necessary for any institution, be it education an government to manage the information technology needs of advanced proficiency level, because the value of information is extremely valuable for a goverment agency in order to form the Republic of Indonesia’s growing police. Is one of the establishments owned bi=y the Indonesian goverment and the police became patron and protector of public servants and always upholds the legal and human rights, to the authors try to design an information system desing plan to recruit police officers, as long as the police officer enrollment information was done manually (and it takes quite a long time in the settlement process than it used information manually sometimes have problems in the archiving process. Due to some factors commonly experienced include : durability, storage, information search is slow and others. To overcome the problem of the distributed information should be computerized so that the information is more accurate in sloving dibarikan prospective police officers, in terms of efficient of paper an filing space utilization, and faster, dan faster interms of decision making information to management. Apart from being one of the service function of data information system to meet the demands of present management information system data is always better to tackle problems that occur and can produce information quickly, precisely and accurately. Therefore, teh author intends to build an information system design enfollment PHP-based police officer an MXQL Police keywords, informatin, information systems, acceptance, PHP and MXQL.
