Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan terdapat surat-surat atau dokumen berkaitan dengan aktifitas PT.Inspira Media Solusi, termasuk pengarsipan dokumen. Pengarsipan dokumen saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual yang disimpan pada sekretaris. Proses manual menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti, bagaimana cara sekretaris untuk mengelola dan menyimpan dokumen dan banyaknya waktu untuk melakukan pencarian pada dokumen. Pembangunan Aplikasi Manajemen Dokumen Elektronik Berbasis Web Pada PT. Inspira Media Solusi ini menyediakan aplikasi untuk mengelola, menyimpan dan melakukan pencarian dokumen untuk sekretaris. Dalam Aplikasi Manajemen Dokumen Elektronik terdapat fungsi pencarian dokumen untuk mencari dokumen dan fungsi untuk melihat laporan dokumen yang paling populer maupun dokumen yang masuk. Proyek akhir ini bertujuan memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi Manajemen Pengarsipan Dokumen berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai basisdata. Metode pengembangannya menggunakan metode waterfall. Dari hasil uji coba dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Manajemen Dokumen Elektronik dapat membantu sekretaris untuk mengelola, penyimpanan dan pencarian dokumen. Aplikasi ini juga dapat menghasilkan laporan yang membantu sekretaris untuk mengetahui jumlah dokumen yang dilihat dan dokumen yang masuk. Kata Kunci: Dokumen, PHP, MySQL In a company there are letters or documents relating to the activities of PT.Inspira Media Solusi including the archiving of documents. Archiving documents is currently operating manually and stored in the secretary department. Manual process poses some problems such as, hown to manage, store, and search documents. The final project aims at providing solutions to these problems. Web-based Archiving Aplication Management Document Electronic use PHP as programming language and MySQL as database. The Development method is waterfall. The Application provides features for managing, storing and searching of documents on PT.Inspira Media Solusi . This application facilitate the administrator to view reports about popular documents and incoming documents. From the test result can be concluded that the can help the secretary to manage, store, and retrieve documents. This application can also generate reports that help the secretary to find out the number of documents viewed and the incoming documents. Keywords: Document, PHP, MySQL
