Abstract

Patients of XYZ Hospital generally have problems in getting information about polyclinic. They have problems especially in getting the information of schedule ofdoctors, clinic schedules, and to do registrationat the hospital’s clinics. The authortries to solve theses problems by making SMS Gateway application that canprovide information about the schedule ofdoctors, clinic schedules and to do registration at the hospital clinics. The application is built with open source tools like PHP, Mysql and Gammu. After doing some testing, this application canreceive SMS from patients with a particular format, and can give SMS reply in accordance with the format of SMS messages sent by patients to give about the schedule of doctors, clinic schedules and to do registration at the hospital clinics. Keyword :The Hospital’s Clinic, SMS Gateway,Php, Mysql,Gammu Pasien pada umumnya mempunyai kendala dalam hal informasi yang berkenaaan dengan informasi rawat jalan pada Rumah Sakit XYZ. Kendala yang sering ditemui pasien sekitar informasi jadwal dokter, jadwal poliklinik dan pendaftaran di rumah sakit. Permasalahan ini penulis berusaha pecahkan dengan membuat aplikasi SMS Gateway yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang jadwal dokter, jadwal poliklinik dan pendaftaran poliklinik. Apilkasi ini dibuat dengan perkakas open source seperti PHP, Mysql dan Gammu. Setelah melakukan beberapa pengujian, aplikasi ini dapat menerima SMS dari pasien dengan format tertentu, dan dapat menjawab sesuai dengan format SMS yang dikirim oleh pasien untuk memberikan informasi tentang jadwal dokter, jadwal polikliknik dan pendaftaran poliklinik.
