Abstract

The Department of banking supervision at the Bank of Indonesia particularly in managing mail, still using computer technology in a simple and manual. So that the data in the search for the letter to be inefficient in terms of time and effort. It is therefore necessary to develop mail management application to assist the management of the letter so that the data in the query letter is more efficient in terms of time and effort. The research method used was a descriptive approach, by way of describing the flow of the system, and interpret the results of research based on actual conditions This application has a sms gateway is a sms based system that can be developed in various fields by using the programming language PHP. To make this application sms gateway using Gammu. The results of this research is the application of bank supervision in the management letter of Bank Indonesia, and it can be concluded that this application can help you find a letter with the data that is not too long a time. Key word : Aplikasi Manajemen Surat, PHP, SMS Gateway, Gammu Departemen Pengawasan Bank di Bank Indonesia, khususnya dalam mengelola surat, masih menggunakan teknologi komputer secara sederhana dan manual. Sehingga dalam pencarian data surat menjadi tidak efisien dalam hal waktu dan tenaga. Oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi manajemen surat untuk membantu mengelola surat sehingga dalam pencarian data surat lebih efisien dalam hal waktu dan tenaga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan deskriptif, dengan cara menggambarkan alur sistem, dan menginterpretasikan hasil penelitian berdasarkan kondisi yang sebenarnya. Aplikasi ini memiliki sms gateway yaitu sebuah sistem berbasis sms yang dapat dikembangkan dalam berbagai bidang dengan memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Untuk membuat sms gateway aplikasi ini menggunakan GAMMU. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi manajemen surat pengawasan bank di Bank Indonesia, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu mencari data surat dengan waktu yang tidak terlalu lama.
