Abstract
Aset merupakan modal utama dalam kerja yang sangat penting dalam menunjang kinerja suatu institusi di setiap Perusahaan. Aset harus perlu dikelola, di identifikasi dan dirawat dengan baik sehingga menunjang kondisinya selalu optimal dan maksimal. Untuk institusi yang mempunyai aset dengan jumlah yang tidak terlalu banyak, mungkin pengelolaannya dapat dilakukan secara manual, misalnya melalui bantuan software aplikasi microsoft office excel atau bahkan dengan pencatatan manual.
