Abstract
FASILKOM was a faculty at the University of Mercubuana, which has the main task of which do the best service for the students in terms of academic such as Printing a transcript of grades, Publications of Test Cards, or other servicerelated academic. So many services provided by the large number of FASILKOM students often can't pass the queue so that the phenomenon occurs on the counter of the FASILKOM student cumulation that made the atmosphere uncomfortable for opposing it. The inconvenience of moving the writer to know more about the system queue on FASILKOMMenteng like how procedure queue, the queue barriers and what is the solution of all such barriers. Application of the Calculation of the Counter to the Queue Service in FASILKOMMenteng is the solution of the problems that occurred in the queue, the application is FASILKOM is allowed for a student can get the right queue according to the students ' arrival, knowing the number of queues that are running so that students can find out approximate to come back to the counter and can do other activities, and display application is designed with the look of simple so as not to make the students or the officer was confused in using it. With this application it is expected that a queue cumulation does not occur on the queue at counter FASILKOM Menteng. Keywords :Counter, Procedure, Queue, Service, System. FASILKOM merupakan suatu fakultas di Universitas Mercubuana yang mempunyai tugas utama yaitu melakukan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi para Mahasiswa dalam hal akademis seperti Pencetakan Transkrip Nilai, Publikasi Kartu Ujian, ataupun pelayanan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan akademis. Begitu banyaknya pelayanan yang diberikan oleh FASILKOM terhadap banyaknya mahasiswa seringkali tidak bisa dihindarkan fenomena antrian tersebut sehingga terjadi penumpukan mahasiswa pada loket FASILKOM yang membuat suasana tidak nyaman bagi kedua belah pihaknya. Dari ketidaknyamanan tersebut menggerakan penulis untuk mengenal lebih jauh mengenai sistem antrian pada FASILKOM Menteng seperti bagaimana prosedur antrian, kendala yang terjadi pada antrian dan apa solusi dari semua kendala tersebut. Aplikasi Perhitungan Konter Untuk Antrian Layanan di FASILKOM Menteng merupakan solusi dari kendala yang terjadi pada antrian FASILKOM, hasil aplikasi ini adalah memungkinkan untuk mahasiswa bisa mendapatkan hak antrian sesuai kedatangan mahasiswa tersebut, mengetahui nomor antrian yang sedang berjalan sehingga mahasiswa bisa mengetahui perkiraan untuk datang kembali ke loket dan bisa mengerjakan kegiatan lain, dan tampilan aplikasi ini dirancang dengan tampilan sederhana sehingga tidak membuat mahasiswa ataupun petugas bingung dalam menggunakannya. Dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan agar tidak terjadi penumpukan antrian pada loket antrian di FASILKOM menteng. Katakunci :Konter, Prosedur, Antrian, Pelayanan, Sistem.
