Abstract

The development of technology and information is growing faster and easier because of the internet connection which can be accessed anywhere and anytime during it connected to the network. The problem of this research is the Fasilkom Assistance schedule in Mercu Buana University still made manually. The writer wants to make an Application of fasilkom Assistance schedule to solve the problem. This application designed to help laboratory assistant in view schedules Fasilkom Assistance and Laboratory Head to input the Schedule Assistance Fasilkom. The final task is created by using the waterfall method which including systems engineering, analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance, programming language PHP and uses a MySQL Database. The author created this application to facilitate the student which served as assistant of fasilkom laboratory to find out the fasilkom assistance schedule in the Mercu Buana University and also to help the head of laboratory in inputing, editing and deleting the files such as fasilkom assistance schedule, lecturer files, assistant data, etc. Keywords: Web Application, Schedule, Assistant, Laboratory. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini semakin pesat dan mudah karena dengan adanya internet yang cukup besar maka dapat dilakukan dimana saja, kapan saja selama terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Permasalahan yang muncul yaitu Jadwal Asistensi Fasilkom Universitas Mercu Buana masih secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka penulis ingin membuat Aplikasi Jadwal Asistensi Fasilkom Universitas Mercu Buana Berbasis Web yang dirancang untuk membantu asisten laboratorium dalam melihat jadwal asistensi fasilkom dan kepala laboratorium dalam penginputan jadwal asistensi fasilkom. Tugas akhir ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi rekayasa sistem, analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, pemeliharaan, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan Basis Data MySQL. Dengan dirancangnya aplikasi ini, selain memfasilitasi mahasiswa yang menjabat sebagai asisten laboratorium dalam mengetahui Jadwal Asistensi Fasilkom Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta Barat di Meruya serta memberikan kemudahan kepada Kepala Laboratorium dalam menambah, mengedit, menghapus data-data seperti jadwal asistensi fasilkom, data dosen, data asisten dan lain-lain. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Web, Jadwal, Asisten, Laboratorium.
