Abstract
This research is used to analyze the influence of profitability which is proxied by Return on Asset and Net Profit Margin, Financial Leverage which is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio, and Corporate Social Responsibility to the firm value at mining company sector which’s listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2011. There are fifteen companies are taken as samples research which gain along 2008-2011 and listed as mining company 2008-2011 constantly. Samples are collected using purposive sampling method. Data is analyzed by descriptive statistic analysis, classic assumption tests, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test, and multiple linier regression method. The result of this research indicates that simultaneously, Return on Asset, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Corporate Social Responsibility influence significant to the firm value. But partially, Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio have no influences to the company value.
