Abstract

Material inspection work is performed routinely by PT WIDE & PIN. The process of the work with mutual requited emails from vendors, PT. WIDE & PIN and PT. TOTAL E & P INDONESIE to the difficulty of monitoring reports that have submitted and not. Building web-based applications is expected to address the problem and to make inspection data to be centralized, and allow a user to monitor the inspection work. By leveraging open source PHP and MySQL as the basis of the foundation building online applications, and supported by framework from Bootstrap to ease in application development and accelerate application development. "Aplikasi Bantu Inspeksi material" is proven to make inspection data to be centralized and can be used to monitor the inspection work. Keywords: Data, Storage, Centralized, Monitor Pekerjaan inspeksi material adalah pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara rutin oleh PT WIDE & PIN. Proses pekerjaan ini berlangsung dengan saling berbalas email dari Vendor, PT. WIDE & PIN dan PT. TOTAL E & P INDONESIE. Dengan menggunakan email ada kendala yang dihadapi karena sulitnya memonitor laporan yang sudah masuk dan yang belum masuk. Dengan membangun aplikasi berbasis web diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah dan dapat menjadikan data-data inspeksi menjadi terpusat, serta dapat memudahkan user dalam memonitor pekerjaan inspeksi. Dengan memanfaatkan open source dari PHP dan MySQL sebagai dasar dari pondasi membangun aplikasi online, serta didukung framework dari Bootstrap yang banyak memberikan kemudahan dalam pengembangan aplikasi dan dapat mempercepat dalam pembangunan aplikasi. Aplikasi terbukti dapat menjadikan data-data inspeksi menjadi terpusat dan dapat digunakan untuk memonitor pekerjaan inspeksi. Kata kunci: Penyimpanan, Data, Terpusat, Monitor
