Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) pada perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Adapun periode penelitian dimulai tahun 2008 hungga 2011. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 31. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling berdasarkan criteria perusahaan perbankan yang mempublikasikan laporan keuangannya periode 2008 hingga 2011. Uji statistik menunjukan bahwa secara Serentak Variabel LDR dan NPM mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikan 0 %. Dari pengujian secara Parsial di ketahui bahwa variabel LDR 0.033 atau 3,3% signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan variabel NPM 0.000 atau 0% berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dari nilai R square sebesar 0,567 atau 56,7% . LDR dan NPM secara bersama-sama berpengaruh 56,7% terhadap harga saham dan 43,3 % itu dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
