Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image, trust and quality product to the consumer loyalty. The sample is examined as many as 116 respondents Telon oil mistress meneer consumer at CBD ciledug and using non probability sample technique. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis Keyword : Brand image, trust, product quality and costumer loyalty . The results of the study prove that brand image, trust and quality products simultaneously affect positively and significantly to costumer loyalty. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kepercayaan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 116 responden konsumen minyak telon nyonya meneer di carrefour CBD ciledug dengan menggunakan teknik sampel non probabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa citra merek, kepercayaan dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Kata kunci : Citra merek, kepercayaan, kualitas produk dan loyalitas konsumen
