Abstract
The research object is to analyze the influence of the principle leadership and the work motivation for teacher performance in SMA Negeri 57 Jakarta. The research is descriptive it used regretion analysis and correlation for all of teachers in SMA Negeri 57 Jakarta with the stale sample technique. The result of research showed that the principle leadership and the work motivation can give the effect for the teachers performance in SMA Negeri 57 Jakarta. Keywords: Leadership, The Work Motivation and Teachers Performance. Objek penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 57 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi, populasi seluruh guru SMA Negeri 57 Jakarta dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja cukup memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 57 Jakarta. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Guru.
