Abstract
PT . XYZ is a company engaged in Manufacturing Engineering is providing Special Cutting and Machining Jig tool in the automotive industry . Precision , Cost down , Ergonomics and User frendly be a challenge in determining Machining Jig Design and Special Cutting Tools are made . Providing a best time of deliver is directly with customer satisfaction . The purpose of research in PT . XYZ is to look at opportunities to increase production of Slider Block with Lean Manufacturing Implementation, this Implementation is supported by Machining Tools and Software , specifically Implementation Lean Manufacturing is very concern to improving the waste source . Therefore, the focus of this research is to identify waste and improve the productivity. Based on the research, productivity of production Slider Block is 0.776 and after implementation of Lean Manufacturing at 1:42 . Processing time from 6 minutes to 2 minutes in Milling machine is the evidence of the implementation going well . Lean Manufacturing philosophy about how to control waste in pour in the Quality Policy Quality Objectives Organization Structure raising the effectiveness of the Department . The Engineering prepared the robust Design Process to reduce waste. And standardize a working standard . Powered by Implementation Machining Tools and Engineering Software Technology, the effectiveness can be achieved through the simulation of CAM software , 3D design software , Robust Cutting Tools . without the support of the Implementation Machining Tools and Engineering Software Technology, Implementation Lean only a discourse. Key words : Lean Manufacturing, Engineering Design Proses, Machining tools and Engineering Software Technology. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Engineering Manufaktur yang menyediakan kebutuhan Special Cutting tool dan Machining Jig pada industri otomotif. Kepresisian, Cost down, Ergonomi dan User Frendly menjadi tantangan pada penentuan Design Machining Jig dan Special Cutting Tools yang dibuat. Disamping itu waktu penyediaan menjadi sangat menentukan untuk mendapatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. XYZ adalah untuk melihat peluang untuk menaikan produksi dari Slider Block dengan Implementasi Lean Manufakturing yang ditunjang dengan Implementasi Machining Tools dan Software, khusus mengenai Lean Manufakturing sangat identik dengan perbaikan terhadap sumber pemborosan. Oleh sebab itu maka fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengidentifikasi pemborosan dan memperbaiki sehingga produktivitas meningkat. Berdasarkan penelitian produktivitas dari PT XYZ dalam proses produksi Slider Block ini 0,776 dan setelah Implementasi Lean Manufakturing sebesar 1.42. waktu proses dari 6 menit menjadi 2 menit pada proses Milling menjadi bukti implementasi berjalan baik. Filosofi Lean Manufakturing tentang bagaimana mengontrol pemborosan di tuangkan dalam Kebijakan Mutu Sasaran MutuStruktur Organisasi Menaikan efektifitas Departemen. Para Engineering menyiapkan Design Proses yang tangguh sehingga mampu menekan pemborosan yang terjadi. Dan membakukan menjadi Standar kerja. Didukung dengan Implementasi Teknologi Machining Tools yang handal dan Engineering Software sehingga efektifitas dapat diraih melalui Simulasi CAM software , 3D Design software, Robust Cutting Tools , tanpa didukung Implementasi Teknologi Machining Tools dan Engineering Software Implementasi Lean hanyalah sebuah wacana saja.
