Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera yang berada di Sorong – Papua Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, tehnik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling (teknik sampel secara random atas dasar strata yang proposional) sebanyak 155 responden dari masing-masing bidang pekerjaan yaitu Kelompok Tanam (tanam, pancang, survey), Kelompok Perawatan (Pemupukan, Penyemprot, Tebas dan Dongkel anak kayu) Kelompok Panen (Panen, kutip brondolan, dan prunning). Diketahui bahwa nilai regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 7,280 + 0,437X1 + 0,530X2 + e. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Borongan di PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) variabel Kompetensi adalah 3,111dengan nilai signifikan 0,002, kemudian nilai uji t variabel Motivasi Kerja adalah 4,569 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Kemudian hasil dari uji simultan (uji F) variabel Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja adalah 156,911 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Hasil analisis Korelasi Antar Dimensi diketahui bahwa Dimensi Pengetahuan berhubungan sangat kuat terhadap Kualitas dengan nilai korelasi 0,801, dimensi Ketrampilan berhubungan sangat kuat Kuantitas 0,864, dimensi Sikap Kerja berhubungan kuat terhadap Jangka Waktu 0,711, dimensi Kebutuhan Fisiologis berhubungan sangat kuat terhadap Kehadiran 0,857, dimensi Kebutuhan Rasa Aman berhubungan kuat terhadap Jangka Waktu 0,747, dimensi Kebutuhan Sosial dan Kebutuhan Pengakuan berhubungan kuat terhadap Kualitas dengan nilai korelasi 0,630 dan 0,692, dan yang terakhir adalah Kebutuhan Aktualisasi Diri berhubungan kuat terhadap Sikap Kooperatif dengan nilai korelasi 0,651. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This thesis aims to identify and analyze the influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT . Inti Kebun Sejahtera located in Sorong - West Papua. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality analysis, sampling techniques using Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling of 155 respondents from each of the areas of work, namely Planting Group (planting, survey), Upkeep Group (Fertilization, Spraying and Slashing) and Harvesting Group (Harvest, Fruit Loose Collection, and Prunning). The result that the values of multiple regression in this study is Y = 7.280 + 0.437 X1 + 0.530 X2 + e. the results of this study indicate that partial and simultaneous, variable Competence and Work Motivation has positive influence and significant impact on Employee Performance of Contractor Workers in PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera. It is evident from the results of the partial test (t test) Competency variable is 3.111 with significant value of 0.002, then the value of the variable Work Motivation t test was 4.569 with significant value of 0.000). Then the results of the simultaneous test (F test) variable Competence and Work Motivation is 156.911 with a significant value of 0.000. The results of the analysis of the Inter- Dimensional Correlation Dimension that knowledge relates very strongly to the Quality 0.801, then the dimension of Skills is very strong related with Quantity 0.864, dimension of Work Attitude is strongly correlated with Work Attitude Period 0.711. Physiological Needs dimensions relate very strongly to the presence 0.857, dimensions of Safety Needs is strongly correlated Term 0.747, dimensions of Social Needs and Self Esteem is strongly correlated with Quality 0.630 and 0.692, and last but not least is Self-Actualization needs is strongly correlated with cooperative attitude 0.651.
