Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether emotional intelligence influence learning achievement, whether Achievement motivation affect learning achievement, whether the School Physical Environment influences learning achievement. And Is Emotional intelligence, achievement motivation and School Physical Environment jointly affect academic achievement. As for the research object in this study is the Students at SMK Islamic Village totaling 117 people. The variables used in this study is emotional intelligence, Achievement Motivation, the physical environment of the school and learning achievement. Emotional intelligence variables denoted as Variable X1, Achievement Motivation Variables Variables denoted as X2, the school's physical environment variables denoted as Variable Variable X3 while learning achievement denoted as variable Y. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there Influence between emotional intelligence on academic achievement, there is the Effect of Achievement Motivation on academic achievement, there is a school of Physical Effects of the Environment on the Achievement of learning and there is influence between emotional intelligence, achievement motivation and School Physical Environment Collaborative Achievement learning in SMK Islamic Village. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah Kecerdasan emosi mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar, apakah Motivasi berprestasi mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar, apakah Lingkungan Fisik Sekolah mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar. dan Apakah Kecerdasan emosi, Motivasi berprestasi dan Lingkungan Fisik Sekolah secara bersama mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah Siswa/i pada SMK Islamic Village yang berjumlah 117 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kecerdasan emosi, Motivasi Berprestasi, lingkungan fisik sekolah dan prestasi belajar. variabel Kecerdasan emosi dinotasikan sebagai Variabel X1, Variabel Motivasi Berprestasi dinotasikan sebagai Variabel X2, Variabel lingkungan fisik sekolah dinotasikan sebagai Variabel X3 sedangkan Variabel Prestasi belajar dinotasikan sebagai Variabel Y. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh antara Kecerdasan emosi terhadap Prestasi belajar, terdapat Pengaruh antara Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Prestasi belajar, terdapat Pengaruh antara Lingkungan Fisik Sekolah terhadap Prestasi belajar dan terdapat pengaruh antara Kecerdasan emosi, Motivasi berprestasi dan Lingkungan Fisik Sekolah secara Bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi belajar di SMK Islamic Village. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan emosi, Motivasi Berprestasi, Lingkungan Fisik Sekolah, Prestasi belajar.
