Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan apakah ada pengaruh antara pelatihan dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Service Area Engineer (SAE) di PT. Visionet Internasional sejumlah 100 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan, kompetensi, dan kinerja karyawan. Variabel pelatihan dinotasikan sebagai variabel X1, variabel kompetensi dinotasikan sebagai variabel X2, sedangkan variabel kinerja karyawan dinotasikan sebagai variabel Y. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan Service Area Engineer (SAE) di PT. Visionet Internasional. Kata kunci : pelatihan, kompetensi, kinerja karyawan. This research is conducted to identify whether there is an influence of training on employee performances, whether there is an influence of competency on employee performances, and whether there is an influence of training and competency altogether on employee performances. The objects of this research are the employees of PT. Visionet Internasional, which are 100 people. The variables used in this research are training, competency, and employee performances. The training variable is noted as X1 variable, the variable competency is noted as X2, while the employee performances variable is noted as Y variable. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are significant influences of training on employee performances, there are influences of competency on employee performances, and there are influences of training and competency altogether on employee performances at PT.
