Abstract
Masalah transportasi di Jakarta adalah kompleks karena tingkat pertumbuhan jalan tidak sebanding dengan peningkatan jumlah kendaraan. Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kemacetan yang cukup parah diperlukan pembangunan moda transportasi massal yang terintegrasi seperti KRL Komuter, Busway (Transjakarta), Monorail dan MRT sehingga kekhawatiran akan terjadinya “Stagnan Transportasi” tidak terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan dan adopsi inovasi penggunaan sistem tiket tunggal elektronik smart card untuk mendukung integrasi antar moda. Data dikumpulkan dari responden KRL Komuter dan Busway dan diolah menggunakan SEM dengan program Amos dengan metode SERVQUAL dan Adopsi Inovasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap model penelitian yang diuji menunjukkan bahwa model dapat diterima berdasarkan indeks indeks model seperti Chi-Square= 1040,197, P=0.307, TLI=0.995 , CFI=0.996, CMIN/DF=1.022 , RMSEA=0.009, GFI=0.878, dan AGFI=0.864, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model memenuhi kriteria goodness of fit. Kata kunci : Tiket Tunggal Elektronik, Smart Card, Integrasi, SEM, AMOS Transportation problem in Jakarta is more complex due to the growth of the road infrastructure is not proportional to the increase in the number of vehicles . To anticipate the occurrence of severe congestion required the development of an integrated mass transportation such as commuter electric train ( KRL Komuter), busway (TransJakarta ), Monorail and MRT so that fears of " Stagnant Transportation" does not happen. This study aims to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and innovation adoption system uses a single ticket electronic smart card to support intermodal integration. Datas were collected from respondents users KRL and Busway and processed using SEM with Amos program with SERVQUAL dan Innovation Adoption. Base on the analysis of the research model tested showed that the model can be accepted by the index models such as Chi- Square= 1040,197, P=0.307, TLI=0.995 , CFI=0.996, CMIN/DF=1.022 , RMSEA=0.009, GFI=0.878, and AGFI=0.864 so it can be concluded that the model meets the criteria of goodness of fit .
