Abstract

This thesis a purpose to identify and analyze the influence of competence, compensation and recruitment to the central office employee performance PT.Atri Distribusindo. Study sample of 120 respondents, the data was collected using a questionnaire. The method used Path Analysis. The analysis showed that there is a significant causal relationship between competence and compensation, variable competence has a direct effect or influence the recruitment and indirect effect through correlation with the effect of compensation and recruitment. Variable compensation has a direct effect to recruitment, and has an indirect effect through its effect correlation with competence and with recruitment. Competence has a direct effect to the performance of employees and the indirect effect through correlation with compensation and recruitment. Variable compensation has a direct effect on employee performance and indirect effects through the effects of recruitment, competency. Variables affecting the recruitment of employee performance directly and indirectly through the effects of competence, compensation. Advice can be given company should continuously improve the quality of competence, compensation and recruitment system to get employees with good performance to achieve corporate objectives. Keywords: competence, compensation, recruitment and employee performance. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi dan rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan dikantor pusat PT. Atri Distribusindo. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Analisis Jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dengan kompensasi. Variabel Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh langsung dengan rekrutmen dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui korelasi dengan kompensasi dan pengaruhnya dengan rekrutmen. Variabel Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh langsung dengan rekrutmen, dan mempunyai pengaruh tidak langsung melalui korelasi dengan kompetensi dan pengaruhnya dengan rekrutmen. Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh langsung dengan kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui korelasi dengan kompensasi dan rekrutmen. Variabel kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui pengaruh rekrutmen, kompetensi. Variabel rekrutmen mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kompetensi, kompensasi. Saran yang dapat diberikan perusahaan sebaiknya memperbaiki kualitas secara terus menerus kompentensi, kompensasi dan sistem rekrutmen guna mendapatkan karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik agar tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Kata Kunci: kompetensi, kompensasi, rekrutmen dan kinerja karyawan.
