Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas layanan purna jual dan personal selling terhadap keputusan penyewaan mesin EDC pada PT.Multi Adi Prakarsa Manunggal (Kartuku). Hasil penelitian terhadap 100 responden merchant di Jakarta dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Kualitas Layanan Purna Jual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (3) Personal Selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (4) Secara simultan persepsi harga, kualitas layanan purna jual dan personal selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Kata kunci: Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Layanan Purna Jual, Personal Selling, Keputusan Pembelian, Mesin EDC. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price perception, quality after-sales service and personal selling to leasing decisions on EDC machine on PT.Multi Adi Prakarsa Manunggal (Kartuku). Results of a study of 100 respondents merchant in Jakarta using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) perception price significantly influence purchasing decisions (2) quality sales Service significantly influence the purchase decision (3) Personal Selling significantly influence purchase decisions (4) In the simultaneous perception of price, quality and after-sales service of personal selling significantly influence purchasing decisions Keywords: Perception of price, quality after-sales service, Personal selling, purchasing decisions, EDC machine.
