Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to find out/learn about Managing the Risk of Construction Management on Schedule’s Delaying in Implementation Stage at The Construction of Sunter Icon Apartment Project. The method used in this research is descriptive method (exposure based on data)/surveys and case studies where in this methods, the author has no control of well-researched events, but the focus on contemporary events (events while doing research). From the results of the writing can be known that Project Time management is based on monitoring Progress Reports and the “S” Curve of The Construction of Sunter Icon Apartment Project that have a high level of risk, so it is necessary to do a Project Risk Management by managing the risk using Risk Reduction (Reducing Risk). Where a high level of risk is at 2.14 into the low risk level of 0.88 by managing the risk of the causes of delay in implementation schedule for the Construction of Sunter Icon Apartment Project. Keywords : Project Time Management, Project Risk Management, Risk Reduction. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Pengelolaan Risiko Manajemen Konstruksi Pada Keterlambatan Penjadwalan Tahap Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Sunter Icon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif (pemaparan berdasarkan data)/survey dan studi kasus dimana pada metode tersebut penulis tidak memiliki kendali terhadap peristiwa yang diteliti, tetapi fokus terhadap peristiwa kontemporer (peristiwa saat penelitian dilakukan). Dari hasil penulisan dapat diketahui bahwa berdasarkan Manajemen Waktu Proyek yaitu monitoring Laporan Progress dan Kurva “S” Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Sunter Icon memiliki tingkat risiko yang tinggi, sehingga diperlukan Manajemen Risiko Proyek dengan melakukan Pengelolaan Risiko menggunakan cara Risk Reduction (Mengurangi Risiko). Dimana tingkat risiko tinggi sebesar 2.14 menjadi tingkat risiko rendah sebesar 0.88 dengan cara pengelolaan risiko penyebab keterlambatan jadwal pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Sunter Icon. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Waktu Proyek, Manajemen Risiko Proyek, Risk Reduction.
