Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment toward job performance of employee’s. The purpose of the research are: “ To know description for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, working motivation and job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis”. 1) To know the influence of job satisfaction towards job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 2) To know the influence of organizational commitment towards job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 3) To know the influence of working motivation towards job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis 4) To know the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and working motivation towards job performance of employee’s at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. The population of this study is the employee at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis 188 employees in population and the number of sample were 125 respondents. Analysis of this research is accomplished using the SPSS statistical application program for data processing. The type of this research is descriptive with explanatory research method. Other factors tested that did not have a significant relationship with job performance include employee relationship, salary, and work it shelf. Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, working motivation, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. Analisis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi statistik SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) versi 20 untuk mengolah data. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan metode explanatory survey. Populasi yang digunakan 188 karyawan dengan menggunakan sample 125 responden. Hasil analisis menjelaskan; a) Kepuasan Kerja yang terjadi di perusahaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, b) Komitmen Organisasi di perusahaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, d) Motivasi Kerja yang terjadi di perusahaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan c) Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis rendah. Faktor-faktor lain yang diuji yang tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja termasuk hubungan dengan rekan, gaji dan pekerjaan itu sendiri. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan.
