Abstract

Dana Bantuan Oprasional (BOS) merupakan bantuan pemerintah pusat kepada seluruh SD/MI dan SMP/MTS se-Indonesia, baik negeri maupun swasta. Bantuan tersebut diharapkan dapat mengurangi atau bahkan menghapus biaya pendidikan yang slama ini diberikan kepada masyarakat. Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan dana BOS yang dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah pengelola, di sekolah untuk mengolah data dana BOS yang cukup besar, agar tidak terjadi perselisihan atau penyelewengan dalam pengelolaan dana tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi sekarang ini pengelolaan dana BOS secara terkomputerisasi dengan mengunakan metode waterfall untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas, dalam pengembanganya sistem ini mengunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek UML (unified modelling language) seperti use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram dan class diagram, dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini ialah scripting PHP dan database MySQL, dengan melihat permasalahan diatas akhirnya peneliti tertarik untuk membuat “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan dana BOS pada SLB Negeri 6 Jakarta”. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi tersebut peneliti berharap dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Pengelolaan dana BOS, Metode Waterfall Funds Operational Assistance ( BOS ) is a central government aid to all SD / MI and SMP / MTs in Indonesia, both public and private. The grant is expected to reduce or even remove the cost of education provided to the community during thistime. Management Information Systems BOS funds created with the purpose to facilitate the management, in the school to process data BOS funds are large enough, in order to avoid disputes or irregularities in the management of these funds. With the development of technology today's computerized management of the funds by using the waterfall method to solve the above problems, in its development of this system using object -oriented analysis method UML ( unified modeling language) such as use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams, and the programming language used in this application is PHP scripting and MySQL database, by looking at the above problems eventually researchers interested in creating" Management Information System Design BOS at SLB Negeri 6 Jakarta".
