Abstract

The rapid development of today's technology makes it possible to transform a manual system to a computerized system and it is also applied in the PT BANK XYZ which is still using manual systems in the examination of documents assurance client, manufacture receipt and inputting the data. implementation of e-filing of information systems at the PT BANK XYZ can be provide benefits that will work more effectively and efficiently. methodology of data collection and analysis using theoretical analysis and examination of information systems acceptance documents in general and on-going. then conduct interviews with the companies concerned to know the problems faced and to investigate the acceptance of business processes, inspection of documents and receipts manufacture the system is running. while the analysis and design of information systems is done with the object-oriented approach in which all notation described in the conclusion that the acceptance of information systems and examination of this document can be run as expected and facilitate user to apply Keywords : information systems, acceptance document, system design Pesatnya perkembangan tehnologi saat ini memungkinkan untuk mengubah sistem manual menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi. dan hal ini juga di terapkan pada PT BANK XYZ yang sampai saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pemeriksaan dokumen jaminan debitur, pembuatan tanda terima dan penginputan data.penerapan sistem informasi e-filling pada pt bank xyz ini dapat memberikan manfaat yaitu pekerjaan akan lebih efektif dan efisien metodologi analisa menggunakan pengumpulan data dan menganalisa secara teoritis system informasi penerimaan dan pemeriksaan dokumen secara umum dan yang sedang berjalan. kemudian melakukan wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan yang bersangkutan untuk mengatahui permasalahan yang dihadapi serta untuk mengetahui proses bisnis penerimaan, pemeriksaan dokumen dan pembuatan tanda terima system berjalan. sedangkan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek dimana semua digambarkan dalam notasi simpulan bahwa sistem informasi penerimaan dan pemeriksaan dokumen ini dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan memudahkan user dalam pengaplikasiannya
