Abstract
Perancangan dan Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Project Berbasiskan WEB pada PT. Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP version 5.5.3 didampingi framework Code Igniter versi 2.1.4 dan Database MySQL version 5.0. dalam pengembanganya sistem ini menggunakan rancangan perangkat lunak dengan sistem model sekuensial linier atau biasa disebut Waterfall. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fungsi penjadwalan project yang dilakukan oleh setiap anggota team sampai pada proses monitoring. Sistem ini mengadopsi pendekatan Scrum dimana alur yang dijalankan mengadopsi tahapan – tahapan yang terdapat pada scrum. Data – data monitoring tersebut akan diperbaharui berdasarkan perubahan status yang dilakukan oleh setiap anggota project yang terlibat. pada sistem ini akan diberikan allert apabila pekerjaan yang ditugaskan telah melewati batas akhir waktu yang ditentukan. Adapun Desain Pengembangan ini dibatasi pada modul-modul yang berkenaan dengan fungsi Penjadwalan, Manajemen Waktu Project, Manajemen Waktu Resource, History Project dan Monitoring Project. Design and development of System Application monitoring project at PT. Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika with web base, developed use programming languages PHP version 5.5.3 with framework Code Igniter versi 2.1.4 and Database MySQL version 5.0.The Process of Development used Software Engineering with the linear sequential model commonly called Waterfall . This application provide function scheduling project that’s doing team as far as monitoring process. This System adopts the Scrum Approach at each step are executed. System application Each data monitoring would be updating state by the person in charge (Programmer) choice. the date end value will be trigger to allert System if overstep. The System will have boundaring at module – module in function scheduling, management project time, management resource time, history project and montoring real time project.
