Abstract

Robot controlling system was implemented as an alternative way to control a system remotely. Wheeled robot is an example of robots that can be controlled by Bluetooth. The controlling system application was made used Java and XML program language for Android. Connection between the two different platforms (Microcontroller and Controlling System Android) can be connected with Bluetooth. One of the hardware that has a Bluetooth is a Smartphone with Android Operating system. In the controlling this wheeled robot, the application that was build just can send an instruction to move to four directions (forward, backward, turn left, turn right) and stop. Hopefully, with this application, it can be simplify to control the robot remotely. Keywords: Android, Control, Bluetooth. Sistem pengontrol robot diimplementasikan untuk memberikan alternatif lain untuk menggerakkan atau mengendalikan suatu sistem dari jarak jauh. Robot beroda merupakan salah satu contoh robot yang dapat dikendalikan dengan menggunakan sensor Bluetooth. Aplikasi system pengontrol tersebut dibangun dengan menggunakan pemograman Java dan XML untuk Android. Koneksi antara dua platform yang berbeda (Mikrokontroler dan Sistem Pengontrol Android) dapat dikoneksikan menggunakan media Bluetooth. Salah satu jenis perangkat yang dilengkapi dengan Bluetooth adalah Smartphone dengan operating system Android. Dalam pengontrolan robot beroda ini, aplikasi yang dibangun hanya dapat mengirimkan perintah untuk bergerak ke empat arah (maju, mundur, kiri, kanan), dan berhenti. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat memudahkan pengendalian robot dari jarak jauh. Kata kunci : Android, Pengendali, Bluetooth.
