Abstract
Kemajuan Teknologi mendorong manusia untuk melakukan berbagai penelitian, berbagai inovasi, berbagai ide yang dapat dikembangkan dikemudian hari sehingga membantu manusia untuk menuju kehidupan yang lebih maju dan berwawasan teknologi.Teknologi yang ada saat ini tidak mengenal waktu, perkembangannya sudah sangat pesat.Berbagai produk dan inovasi terbaru, terus diciptakan dan dikembangkan untuk memudahkan manusia. Teknologi informasi ( informastion teknologi ) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan IT, merupakan teknologi yang menjadi trend pada saat ini. Proses Monitoring dari alur pengadaan barang sampai barang pendistribusian.TU melakukan penerimaan barang, penyimpanan, dan pendistribusian yang terkontrol oleh kepala unit. Barang yang datang akan di catat terlebih dahulu sehingga tidak terjadi salah dalam stok yang akan di terima. Begitu juga dengan pendistribusian tidak langsung barang akan di kirim tetapi harus jelas barang tersebut untuk departemen mana dan stok yang yang di keluarkan harus di input. Dengan begitu laporan monitoring barang menjadi jelas khususnya pada UPT Penyimpanan Barang Daerah. Technological advancement encourages people to do various researches, innovations, ideas that can be developed in the future to help people to lead lives of more advanced and insightful technologies. The technology exists today does not know the time, progress has been very rapid. Various products and the latest innovations constantly created and developed to facilitate human. Information technology or we better known as IT. a technology that is becoming a trend at the moment. Process monitoring of flow of goods through the distribution of goods, TU do a goods receipt, storage, and distribution are controlled by the head unit. The goods will arrive at the first note so that no one in stock that will be received. So also with indirect distribution of goods will be sent but must clear the goods for which the department and that the stock should be issued in the input. Thus monitoring report goods became particularly evident in the Regional Goods Storage Unit.
