The Information Technology developed at this time is actually an outgrowth of the needs of the various parties. Various activities in a company in this case is part of a recruitment or HR can be called well organized with the ease of information exchange.Currently in data processing applicants in HRD PT. Omron Maufacturing of Indonesia does not have a database of applicants which is schynconize and record the entire history of each - each applicant, except that in the initial stages of the recruitment process were encountered many applicants who can not attend the test due to the domicile of the company far enough. To overcome these problems is created a system using notepad++ and MySQL as database so hopefully with this application can help the processing datas of the applicants and also to be able to do the application join online psychological test for applicants who live far from the PT. Omron Mnaufacturing of Indonesia. Teknologi infomasi yang berkembang saat ini sejatinya merupakan perkembangan akan kebutuhan dari berbagai pihak. Berbagai kegiatan dalam sebuah perusahaan dalam hal ini adalah bagian recruitment atau biasa disebut HRD dapat terorganisasi dengan baik dengan adanya kemudahan pertukaran informasi. Saat ini dalam pengolahan data pelamar di HRD PT. Omron Maufacturing of Indonesia belum memiliki database pelamar yang tersingkronisasi dan merekam seluruh history masing – masing pelamar, selain itu dalam proses recruitment tahap awal banyak ditemui banyak pelamar yang tidak dapat hadir dalam tes tersebut dikarenakan domisili yang cukup jauh dengan perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebu dibuatkanlah suatu sistem dengan menggunakan Notepad ++ dan MySQL sabagai databasenya sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu pengolahan data – data para pelamar dan juga aplikasi untuk dapat melakukan psikotest secara online bagi para pelamar yang berdomisili jauh dari PT. Omron Mnaufacturing of Indonesia.
