Abstract
In the face of over progress of science education children more stringent at the moment almost all other businesses, improve quality and quantity of them because of the swift demands of information aptly and accurate. Meanwhile, in the education sector to give or presenting learning that appeals to the students Research purposes this is make the application system of learning that could give positive contribution to the students the hearing impaired to increase their desire to learn. For students the hearing impaired in studying languages is not easy, therefore writer make the application system learn to write & amp; read based android. Android is an operating system to cellular phone based linux. Android provide this open platform for growers to create their own application that can be used by various mobile equipment. Android has a variety of excellence as software who wears a base computer code that can be distributed openly ( open source ) so that users can make new applications in it. Dalam menghadapi kemajuan Ilmu Pendidikan anak yang semakin ketat pada saat sekarang ini, hampir semua bidang usaha meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas mereka dikarenakan tuntutan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sedangkan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk memberikan atau menyajikan pembelajaran yang menarik bagi para siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem aplikasi belajar yang dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi para siswa tunarungu agar lebih meningkatkan keinginan mereka untuk belajar. Bagi siswa tunarungu dalam mempelajari bahasa bukanlah hal yang mudah, maka dari itu penulis membuat sistem aplikasi belajar menulis & membaca berbasis android. Android adalah sistem operasi untuk telepon seluler yang berbasis Linux. Android menyediakan platform terbuka bagi para pengembang untuk menciptakan aplikasi mereka sendiri yang dapat digunakan oleh bermacam perangkat bergerak. Android memiliki berbagai keunggulan sebagai software yang memakai basis kode komputer yang bisa didistribusikan secara terbuka (open source) sehingga pengguna bisa membuat aplikasi baru di dalamnya.
