Abstract

Aplikasi database kini berkembang pesat dengan alasan mudah pengembangan. Beberapa permasalahan adalah saat ini program studi sangat terlibat aktif dalam dokumen tentang proses pengelolaan penggunaan anggaran dana untuk pembiayaan, prasarana dan sistem informasi kepada pemangku kepentingan akademik Universitas Mercu Buana melalui mekanisme yang transparan dan akuntabel. Karena belum adanya sistem yang dapat memanajemen proses pengelolaan anggaran dana. Atas dasar ini penulis membuat skripsi yang berjudul “Aplikasi Database Manajemen Sistem Matrik Penilaian Borang Akreditasi Standar 6 (Pembiayaan, Prasarana, dan Sistem Informasi)” menggunakan delphi 7.0 dan MySQL. Metodologi perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Waterfall. Metode dimulai dari pendefinisian kebutuhan lalu analisa, desain, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan sistem. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membuat program studi lebih mudah untuk melakukan manajemen proses pengelolaan anggaran dana. Kata Kunci : Pembiayaan, Prasarana, dan Sistem Informasi, delphi 7.0 dan MySQL, Metode Waterfall Database applications are now growing rapidly with the development of an easy excuse. Some of the problems is the current course is very actively involved in the process of managing documents on the use of budgetary funds for financing, infrastructure and information systems to the academic stakeholders Mercu Buana University through a mechanism that is transparent and accountable. Due to the absence of a system that can manage the budget management process. On this basis the author makes a thesis entitled ”Database Management Application Forms Assessment System Matrix Accreditation Standard 6 ( Finacing, Infrastructure, and Information Systems)” using Delphi 7.0 and MySQL. Methodology software which is used to make this application using Waterfall method. The method starts from defining the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the system.
