Abstract
Proses belajar secara virtual mungkin masih terdengar asing di telinga sebagian masyarakat. Namun seiring perkembangan teknologi, proses belajar secara virtual semakin populer. Berdasarkan gagasan di atas, penulisan tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan suatu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran anak TK yaitu mewarnai gambar secara virtual berbasis jaringan dengan interaksi antara guru dan murid melalui media Webcam dan Chatting. Pengembangan pada aplikasi ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, tahapan pertama yakni analisa, dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan aplikasi, pembuatan flowchart, pembuatan program, implementasi program serta uji coba dengan melakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan mengenalkan teknologi kepada pada anak-anak di usia dini. Program aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman VB.Net dengan menggunakan Visual Studio 2012 sebagai editornya. Kata Kunci: Virtual, Jaringan, VB.Net. Virtual learning process may still be unfamiliar to most people. With the development of technology, virtual learning increasingly popular. Based on the above idea, this thesis discusses about an application that can be used as a means of teaching kindergarten children are coloring images based virtual network with interaction between teachers and students through webcams and chat. Application development is done in several stages, first stage is analysis, followed by a stage of application design, manufacture flowchart, program development, program implementation and trials by testing the application. It is expected that these applications can introduce technology to children at an early age. This application is built using VB.Net programming language and using Visual Studio 2012 as its editor.
