Abstract
Astra Honda Motor merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang otomotif kendaraan roda dua, contohnya seperti sepeda motor. Dalam pencapaiannya Astra Honda Motor bekerja memberikan kualitas kinerjanya dengan kenyamanan pelanggannya. Pada skripsi ini akan mengangkat kasus pemprosesan kegiatan jasa servis secara komputerisasi melaluisms gateway. Hasil penelitian yang didapat akan digunakan untuk membangun sebuah sistem administrasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Pada sistem ini admin dapat melakukan pendataan dan pembuatan laporan melalui aplikasi tersebut. Hasil yang diharapkan dari sistem ini dapat membantu admin dan pelanggan pada Astra Honda Motordalam mengatasi dan meminimalisir kendala dan permasalahan yang terjadi, serta dapat juga menghemat waktu dan kecepatan dalam mengelola informasi. Astra Honda Motor isengaged in the business of two-wheele daut omotive vehicles, such as motor cycles. In achieving Astra Honda Motor works to provide quality performance with the convenience of its customers. In this paper will high light the case processing activitiesin a computerized service fees via sms gateway. Research result sob tained will be used to build a web-based administration system using the PHP programming language and My SQL data base. In this system admin can perform data collection and report generation through the application. The expected out come of this system can help admin sand customers at Astra Honda Motor over come and minimize obstacles and problems that occur, and can also save time and speed in managing information.
