Abstract
Observations were made on PT. Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk. which aims to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency in work processes, as well as providing a complete and latest information. The methods used were interviews to the officer in charge of human resources outsourcing deal with employee performance reporting and also to see firsthand observation reporting process. The report includes the results of recording employee performance employee performance daily, daily performance summary reports, monthly, yearly. However, in practice there are still obstacles that process takes a long process due to still manually using Microsoft Excel. Expected by the application of information systems performance reports using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET can facilitate and speed up the reporting process. Pengamatan dilakukan pada PT. Bank XYZ (PERSERO) Tbk. yang bertujuan untuk meningkatakan efektifitas dan efisiensi didalam proses kerja, serta menyediakan informasi yang lengkap dan terbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara kepada peugas SDM yang bertugas menangani pelaporan kinerja pegawai outsourching dan juga observasi untuk melihat secara langsung proses pelaporan. Laporan hasil kinerja pegawai meliputi pencatatan kinerja karyawan sehari-hari, rekapitulasi laporan kinerja harian, bulanan, tahunan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kendala yaitu proses pengerjaannya membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena masih manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi laporan kinerja dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic.NET ini dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat proses pelaporan tersebut.
