Abstract
PT. ISS Worldwide didirikan tahun 1901 di Copenhagen, Denmark. Saat ini ISS mempunyai business di 50 negara dengan karyawan lebih dari 550.000 orang yang melayani lebih dari 250.000 pelanggan. PT. ISS adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jaya yang meliputi kebersihan, parkir dan lain-lain. PT. ISS khususnya area Universitas Mercu Buana pada saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk memonitoring kinerja karyawan seperti absensi dan laporan kerja. Dari cara yang digunakan pada saat ini maka banyak kesulitan dalam didalam pengolahan data-data . Oleh karena itu dibuat perancangan sistem terkomputerisasi agar dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan data dan memberikan informasi terhadap SDM yang terlibat. Rancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode analisa waterfall dan menggunakan empat gambar diagram UML, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram dan Class Diagram. Rancangan sistem administrasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu suatu perusahaan atau yayasan didalam meningkatkan pelayanan mereka. Program ini didukung dengan berbagai kemudahan-kemudahan sehingga para pemakai tidak akan mengalami kesulitan dalam penggunaan program ini. PT . ISS Worldwide was founded in 1901 in Copenhagen , Denmark . Currently ISS business has employees in 50 countries with more than 550,000 people serving more than 250,000 customers . PT . ISS is a company engaged in the field victorious covering cleanliness , parking and others. PT . ISS particular area Mercu Buana University currently still using manual system for monitoring employee performance such as absenteeism and work reports . From the way it is used today in many difficulties in processing data . Therefore the computerized system design is made in order to simplify the management of data and provide information on human resources involved . This information system using the waterfall method and analysis using four images of UML diagrams , Use Case Diagram , Activity Diagram , Sequence Diagram and Class Diagram . The design of the administrative system is expected to help a company or foundation in improving their services . This program is supported by a variety of easiness so users will not have difficulties in the use of this program .
