Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi yang pesat akhir-akhir ini telah melahirkan kemungkinan untuk melalukan akses dan/atau pemrosesan informasi secara mobile, langsung pada lokasi kegiatan operasi. Demikian pula pada kegiatan distribusi memiliki peranan yang cukup penting, karena dari kegiatan ditribusi tersebutlah, barangbarang kebutuhan manusia dari produsen dapat sampai ke tangan konsumen. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya, proses distribusi, terutama prose pemesanan barang, perusahaanperusahaan retail yang dilakukan selama ini, kebanyakan masih menggunakan proses secara konvensional atau proses secara manual. Maka dengan berkembangnya teknologi mobile sekarang ini, khususnya munculnya teknologi android, kegiatan pemesanan barang yang termasuk dalam Sales Force Automation ( SFA ), dapat dilakukan secara lebih luas dan maksimal, sehingga proses pemesanan barang serta manajemen barang pesanan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi Sales Force Automation (SFA) menjadi jawaban yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul pada operasi proses pemesanan secara konvensional dimana SFA adalah sebuah Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk merencanakan, menjadwalkan, dan mengendalikan aktivitas-aktivitas prapenjualan. SFA lebih berfokus kepada kinerja seorang sales force (tenaga pemasaran) yang mana SFA ini ditujukan untuk membantu mengotomasi pekerjaan seorang sales dalam menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan, mengatur jadwal kerja, dan tentunya meningkatkan penjualan serta meningkatnya produktifitas dan kinerja mereka. The development of information technology and telecommunications are rapidly lately has given rise to the possibility to pass the access and / or processing of information in mobile , directly on site operations . Similarly, the distribution of activity has an important role , because it is exactly the distribution of activity , human needs goods from producer to consumer can be . However, in reality , the process of distribution , especially prose ordering goods , retail companies conducted so far, most are still using conventional processes or process manually . So with today's mobile technology development , in particular the emergence of android technology , ordering activities are goods included in Sales Force Automation ( SFA ) , can be made wider and the maximum , so that the process of ordering goods and goods order management can be done more effectively and efficiently .Sales Force Automation Applications ( SFA ) be the right answer to address the problems that arise in the ordering process in the conventional surgery where the SFA is an application that is used to plan , schedule and control the presales activities . SFA is more focused on the performance of a sales force ( sales force ) which SFA is intended to help automate the job of a sales relationship with customers , arranging work schedules , and of course increase sales as well as increasing their productivity and performance .
