Abstract
SMA Nusantara 1 Tangerang is an accredited private elementary school a and has more than 33 years. Founded in 1981 in the city of tangerang with a lot of time standing in line walking private schools that rivals any other case. To maintain and increase the number of students, academic information system on easily available at the school. Customer also can view a variety of information such as news about the school that can be accessed a day. This thesis discuses the design of academic information system to support web-based teaching and learning in schools, and the provison of information to students. And facilitate data storage in SMA Nusantara 1 Tangerang. SMA Nusantara 1 Tangerang adalah sekolah dasar swasta yang berakreditasi A dan telah berpengalaman lebih dari 33 tahun. Didirikan dikota tangerang pada tahun 1981. Dengan seiring berjalanya waktu banyak berdiri sekolah-sekolah swasta lain sehingga saingan pun terjadi. Untuk menjaga dan menambah jumlah siswa, pelayanan sistem informasi akademik diperlukan guna mempermudah proses akademik di sekolah dan kemudahan siswa dalam mencari informasi di sekolah mudah didapatkan. Pelanggan pun dapat melihat berbagai macam informasi berupa berita tentang sekolah yang dapat di akses setiap hari. Skripsi ini membahas tentang perancangan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web untuk mendukung kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah, dan pemberian informasi kepada siswa. Serta memudahkan penyimpanan data yang berada di SMA Nusantara 1 Tangerang
